If, like most super busy people, you don’t have much time to do exercise, here’s a great way to fit some movement into your daily life whether you’re in the office or at home. I first came across it when I fractured my foot a couple of months ago and was stuck at home, unable to run or even walk for that matter.

Activity Burst Everywhere are a series of seven or eight minute videos of exercise routines. They’re really good – not quite British Military Fitness standard, but great if you can’t get out.
