Last week I had the opportunity to speak at a behaviour change seminar hosted by Green Rewards.

It was very interesting, as the seminar focused on how people can help individuals and whole communities make positive and sustainable behaviour change. Some speakers talked about their experience of championing change in local communities, in university communities and in workplace communities, which was my focus.
