So, you come home after a long day at work. Kids demanding. Pressure’s on. You reach for the first quick thing that comes to hand (a chocolate bar) just to give you the energy to get food into their bellies and do the evening routine, when all you feel like doing is watching the news with a hot drink (or something stronger) in your hand.

Later on, kids in bed, housework done, you realise the level of sugar and junk food you’ve had to eat through lack of time and think “no wonder I can’t lose weight, even though I’ve been trying to lose it for ages.”

When the pressures of work, home, kids, partner (or lack of one), family get on top of you, it is no surprise that there is no time to consider a balanced diet.

We can’t get enough of it.

This rate of sugar consumption just has to stop.
