Energy-packed Green Smoothie Bliss Bowl

If you’re stuck for something to eat that will set you up for success, here’s one of my favourite nutrition hacks that is:
  • FULL of goodness
  • Huge on texture
  • Massive on taste
It’s PACKED with life-force ingredients that will fuel your body and your mind with greatness all day long.  What’s more, as long as you have the ingredients at hand, you can whip it up in under 5 minutes!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 3

Ingredients:

  • 20 spinach leaves, washed
  • 6 kale leaves, washed
  • 1 small avocado, skinned and stoned
  • 1 table spoon of chia seeds
  • 1 table spoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 table spoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp of hemp oil
  • 500ml of either water, almond milk, oat milk or other liquid for the base
  • 1 tsp of Maharishi Vedic organic honey

Instructions: 

Place all of the ingredients into a heavy duty blender such as the vitamix or NutriBullet. Make sure the lid is fastened firmly, make sure that the speed is on the lowest. Send positive vibes to the ingredients and then switch on. Gradually increase the speed and allow to blend for 30 seconds. Check the texture and the taste. It should be a creamy texture that can be consumed with a spoon. If you’re prefer a more liquidity result, then simply add more liquid.

 

Then all you have to do is find a nice spot to sit and welcome the amazing ingredients into you body! Enjoy.
