Alissa Cohen, a high profile raw vegan chef opened a restaurant last year in Boston called Grezzo, so I took the opportunity to visit. The customer experience was outstanding. For a start, all of the staff seemed extremely interested in the whole philosophy that surrounds the restaurant. My waitress was brimming with excitement when she ran through today’s specials – such a large choice, I was tempted to order everything. On my waitress’s recommendation. I ordered a blueberry cocktal, house salad and pizza-style snack. Whilst waiting for my food to arrive, I read a leaflet on the table providing background on the raw food diet. When the food arrived – it was incredible, the house salad was so wonderful, I didn’t want it to end. The pizza was amazing, complete with macedania nut cream cheese – and as for the cocktails, I had to have another. When it came to dessert, I selected a chocolate sunday which I’m sitting here awaiting eagerly. What a shame that I didn’t have anyone to share this wonderful experience with me!
