Hey, good morning. How are you today? I’m Lawrence Mitchell. I’m CEO of Raw Energy, and today’s a very early morning here in Sydney. I’m up exceptionally early because we have a big presentation with a big grocery retailer, so it’s quite a big deal. But I spent most of yesterday, in fact, most of the last few days preparing for it, and I kept thinking, “My God. We’re never going to get this done. We’ve only got a few days. There’s so much to do. It’s never going to happen.” And then, of course, miraculously it all came together in the end whenever it did. And you know why it did? It’s because we had a very, very hard deadline.
The tip of today, the lesson for today is whenever there’s a mountain to climb, you need to just start climbing. You need to have a plan. You need to have a strategy, clearly. You need to know what’s going to happen if something crops up. But if you never start climbing, and you just keep planning, you’ll never get very far. So, start climbing, and you’ll be surprised how quickly you get closer to the top.
