People often say to me that it takes a lot of effort to be well, I always say that it takes much more effort to get well when you’re ill, so prevention is much better than cure.
The human body is an amazing system that takes care of all kinds of things to keep us alive and well. There are automatic process to achieve:
  • Bringing oxygen into our lungs
  • Digesting food to take the nutrients that we need
  • Protecting us from viruses
  • Expelling toxins from our body
It’s an incredible invention and gives us all kinds of signals when it needs our attention.
  • Hunger
  • Fatigue
  • Sneezing
  • Pain
We experience the world through our senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste, and these senses keep us safe.
