I was chatting to a friend of mine the other day. A very successful entrepreneur who has made a lot of very smart business decisions.

In business and financial terms, well, he’s VERY successful.

However, in health and wellbeing terms, less so!


Because for some while now he has prioritised his business over his own health.

He asked me an important question that many super busy people often ask:

‘What is the one thing I could do to improve my health’.

I told him that great health isn’t the result of doing just one thing, but the combination of lots of small, healthy habits that come together over time.

I don’t think he was so happy with that answer, but it’s the truth!
