I’m at SAFs in London today. Half the food is raw, vegan food. If that conjures up images of celery and carrots, let me tell you that the raw food diet has moved on a lot in the last few years, thanks to the work of many professionally trained chefs who have created traditional recipes using raw, living ingredients.
For example, here’s the SAF equivalent to a burger and for dessert, I’ll be having their famous ‘cheese cake’ made with cashew nuts.
I’ve been into raw foods since 2006. I don’t eat 100% raw, but I do find that I need more raw foods at certain times than others. It’s a very cleansing diet.
If you’re interested in finding out more about how the Raw Food Diet can help you transform your health, I’m working on a new ebook on raw and living foods, so join my mailing list and I’ll let you know when it’s ready.
