I’m at Heathrow Airport just waiting for my flight to San Francisco. For once I feel fully prepared in terms of healthy food snacks to get me through the whole journey. Thought you might be interested in a few of the things in my bag:

-a bag of red apples
-a cucumber
-a trail mix containing pumpkin and sesame seed, goji berries, walnuts and raw cacao nibs -green tea bags (rather than black, PG tips)
-3 Nakd bars

I also just bought and ate a super-priced, super salad from Pret a Manager and was pleased to see their Green Tea and peach drink, which doesn’t contain sugar (overtly), but remember there will be sugar hidden in the line: ‘peach juice from concentrate’.

On long journeys, I try not to eat too much just to pass the time.
