Eliminate Junk Food Cravings for Good
You may not believe it now, but I used to love junk food and spent many a happy evening gorging on burgers and fries which were (and are still) full of salt and fat which can be quite a ‘lethal’ combination!
In the end, I had to cut all junk food out of my diet; reeducate my taste buds and learn how to eat in a nutritious way that has served me well over the years.
As we approach the end of 2014, I am sure many of you may be feeling that it’s time to get back into shape.
