I do love summer in the UK, or to rephrase that, I do love summer in the UK when the sun shines! After a very long winter (which lasted until May), the sun is finally out and it’s June which means very long days. Today, we’ve come to Garsons, a pick-your-own farm close to where we live. Every month, a whole range of crops will become available – so a weekly trip for us over the next few months.
