Pure Food and Wine is raw, organic restaurant based at 54 Irvine Place, midtown Manhattan.
The restaurant unfortunately didn’t open until midday, which may seem early, but given that I am still on UK time, I unfortunately stuffed myself so much in the morning, that all I had space for was one of their raw cheese cakes and a green tea. But I did get to experience the ambience.
There’s a lovely court yard out back with comfy chairs and a really nice ambience. You’re given a glass of pure spring water to start.
The meals themselves look delicious..I’ll be back to sample when I’m not so full!
