Tiffany’s tip focuses less on quantity and more on the quality of the foods you eat and the time you take to eat them:

‘i would suggest increasing the intake of whole foods, i.e. vegetables or fruit, which have less caloric density and allow you to eat more but bring in less calories. Similarly, I would encourage you to slow down when eating and give your full attention to it. Take smaller bites and really allow yourself to enjoy the food you are eating. You will find you do not need to eat as much.’
