Well happy new year!
I hope you’ve had a good break and are feeling refreshed and ready to charge forward towards success and happiness in 2014.
Weather-wise, it has been raining all day here in London.
In the past, i would have been out running in all weathers (even snow), but these days, i have become a bit of a ‘fair weather runner’ and opted for more in-door activities today, which gave me the opportunity to get crystal clear on some of the key goals that I want to achieve in 2014.
I have learnt from past experience, that whilst it’s important to have an overarching vision for your life, it’s better to set shorter term goals that can be reviewed and refined every quarter.
For me, 2014 is going to be a big year and I’m really excited as there’s a lot going on as ever, including working on some great projects which I’ll tell you about in due course.
As a start, one initiative which will be available at the end of the month is The Raw Energy Planner – which may have a new name once it’s finished, but is essentially a toolkit to help you set goals and track progress.
This is the same tool-kit that I have personally designed and been using since 2004 to plan each segment of my life, set stretch goals and ensure that the resources and support system is in place to ensure delivery. I have refined it over the years and it’s now nearly ready to share with you.
