
Wellbeing in the workplace is becoming an increasingly hot topic as absenteeism through sickness and ‘presenteeism’, the concept to describe lower productive days, are hitting companies’ bottom lines and the overall economy quite hard.
Here I talk about my journey of discovery this year, championing a wellbeing programme with my colleagues in HR for 2k, globally dispersed employees. We’ve made some great progress and i talk about:
