What are you afraid of? What is it that you are putting off doing? Be honest, are you not doing it because you are scared of doing it?

So, stop for a moment and breathe – what is making you fearful right now and holding you back from starting something? Whatever it is, JUST START! The task is rarely as bad as you are building it up to be, and imagine how happy you’ll feel when you’ve completed the task!

Brian Tracey in his book ‘Eat that Frog’ recommends us to do the Frogs (that is, the most important things) first, then work backwards. That way, you will move forwards rapidly, and your fear will miraculously melt away!
